premium inks

For decades the standard in the screen print industry has been plastisol ink. It's a great option for most shops because it's affordable and it's more forgiving, making it easier to work with. But what's most important is the end result and that's where plastisol falls short. Water based ink is not only free of the harsh chemicals found in plastisol inks but also produces a much softer, more premium print. Sure, it costs more and it's more difficult for me to work with, but I think it's worth it. You can read more about water based ink and why I chose to go all-in with water based ink here.

screen printing

Water based screen printing works for just about every garment type, but it's especially great for premium, triblend apparel. There are literally hundreds of options for items like t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, tanks, onesies, jackets, bags, blankets, etc. Best for bulk orders (12 is the minimum) for teams, fundraisers, company apparel, retail apparel, and more.

From baseball hats to beanies, if you're looking for headwear, I can help. There are lots of options for decorating a hat, all of which are heat applied using a heat press designed specifically for headwear. Options include 3D/puff embroidery, faux leather patches, transfers, embroidered patches, and more.

heat applied

Only need 1 or 2 shirts and don't want to pay for the 12 minimum required with screen printing? Have a team and need individual items to have names or numbers? Then heat applied is what you want. There are many, many options for heat applied graphics including vinyl, sublimation, plastisol transfers, glitter, and foil.
